Hey everyone,
Here I am again, finaly from Lethem, my hometown for the next year. me and Calum flew down tp this place wednesday afternoon. In a little 9 person aircraft. (They even put us on the weight scale to see how heavy we where).
The Savannah/lethem and the school all look amazing. ill add a few pictures soon to show you the fiews. the house we have to live in is disgusting though. Ants and cockroaches took over the cubborts so we cant store anything in the kitchen. Luke (last year PT-vol. from Lethem) and Will sold the frigde they where given by the peacecorp vols. So thats gone too. We do have a bike though, which is needed to speed up the 20min walk into Lethem.
School hasn't really started yet, although the students are there no lessons have taken place. We are supposed to get our lesson schemes today, but the HM has said tomorrow for 4 days now. :P I will probably be teaching englisch in the lower grades and chemistry in the higher.
It's nice to have Sam W and Dave (aishalton vols) around, they flew in friday but are stuck in Lethem now.
At the moment im really down, starting to realise that i will be living in the filthy house for a year. But this will probably wear off ones I get more settled in.
Like to hear from you guys to get me thorught the hard first weeks, will probably get into internet cafe nezt sathurday/sunday.

Here in the Netherlands school has begun and so I started studying. It's real fun and the first two weeks really flew by. I ran into Rinus as well, I was just standing at the station waiting, when he showed up. It was weird to see and speak to him this random:P
Anyway, the world is a though place and there is a lot of bad things happening around. You are one of the persons trying to stop this nonsense, so keep your eyes on the goal and I'm sure you can get through anything:)

Tja, zo'n smerig huis, jullie hebben dus in ieder geval een fikse schoonmaakklus voor de boeg. Als dat gedaan is zal het wel beter gaan. Misschien kunnen jullie wel wat hulp krijgen van deze of geen. Ik hoop dat je snel op school kan beginnen, dat geeft afleiding. Kop op en laat je er niet onder krijgen door de bugs!!!!

Geen bericht, goed bericht. Daar ga ik maar vanuit. Hopelijk alles nog OK daar. Leuk dat je wat foto's hebt geplaatst. Nu heb ik tenminste een idee hoe je daar leeft. Soms best wel afzien denk ik?
